After years of ensuring digital content runs smoothly through web production and publishing operations, I discovered my true passion lies in structuring systems that empower teams to learn and grow.

This insight inspired me to pivot toward Knowledge Management Systems. On this path my attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and growing expertise in learning experience design and AI-ready processes can directly support mission-driven organizations. I’m now working on building a foundation that bridges people, platforms, and purpose.
