After years of ensuring digital content runs smoothly through web production and publishing operations, I discovered my true passion lies in structuring systems that empower teams to learn and grow.

This insight inspired me to pivot toward LMS Administrator, a path where my attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and growing expertise in learning experience design and AI-ready processes can directly support mission-driven organizations. I’m now working on building a foundation that bridges people, platforms, and purpose.
