I’ve spent years making sure digital content gets to the right people, in the right format, at the right time.
Through web production, publishing operations, XML workflows, and content governance at organizations like the Federal Reserve Board and Cornerstone OnDemand, I’ve worked in and helped maintain the systems that keep information moving. This work has taught me that the hardest part was never the technology. It was designing systems that actually serve the people using them.
This realization is what’s moving me into learning technology. I’m building toward roles in LMS administration, learning operations, and learning and development. Not because I’m starting over, but because everything I’ve built professionally points in this direction. Content systems and learning systems run on the same underlying logic. I just want to work on the side where the output is people understanding something they didn’t before.
